In order to see the movies you need to have Apple's Quicktime (free) loaded on your machine.

Sample Video

If Quicktime is working, you should see, and hear, the sample video.

Can't see the video?

If Quicktime is not working properly, you will likely see this:

Some computers will automatically download the software when needed. If yours does not, and you do not already have it installed, download the Quicktime software from www.apple.com/quicktime. Then, follow the included directions to install the software.

I've installed the software, but I still can't see it!

You might need to adjust some Quicktime settings.

Click on the little downward facing triangle, shown above circled in red, and drag your mouse down to "Plug-in Settings..."

Click on "Connection" or "Streaming Transport." There should be an option to "Auto Configure" your settings. If this doesn't work, select the "HTTP" over "Port 80" option.

For more information, see the following Apple tech support documents:

Why do the videos play slow and jerky?

You might need to adjust the Quicktime connection speed.

Click on the little downward facing triangle, shown above circled in red, and drag your mouse down to "Plug-in Settings..." (See picture above.)

Release your mouse, and a new window will appar.

Click the "Connection Speed" button.

There are several options for settings here. If you are connecting to this site from your school or work, you should click the buttons next to "T1 or Intranet/LAN" as shown.

If you are connecting from home choose the type of connection that you use.
